Rogers Health Advisor does not provide medical or legal advice. Information provided should not be considered a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or legal counsel regarding insurance law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rogers Health Advisor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our advisory services or the selection of any insurance plan.

6. Appointments, Cancellations & Payments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require 24-hour notice. While some advisory services may be free of charge, any required payments for consulting will be clearly communicated prior to the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State where Rogers Health Advisor is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
